OREM, Utah Freshman Isaac Samuels was crowned the champion in the men's discus throw to lead the University of Texas-Pan American Broncs men's and women's track and field teams at the Western Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships on Friday at the Hal Wing Track and Field.
