EDINBURG The University of Texas-Pan American Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced on Thursday that women's track and field senior and Mercedes High School alum Deandra Barroso has qualified to represent the Broncs at the NCAA Championships West Preliminary Round on May 28-30 at Mike A. Meyers Stadium, on the campus of the University of Texas.
